eCommerce Account Executive

What You’ll Do
* Support the Senior eCommerce Manager in developing and delivering the strategic channel and customer plans.
* Lead the development and execution of the customer plans for 3rd party marketplace suppliers.
* Lead the internal and external availability and in‑stock metrics and perfect inbound.
* Deliver strong forecast accuracy for both demand planning and commercial updates.
* Responsible for the weekly performance metric reporting with full ownership for the insights and required actions.
* Support the development and implementation of a winning e‑Assortment strategy.
* Lead the PDP, content, merchandising and range assortment to achieve digital shelf excellence in pure player customers.
* Support the eCommerce media strategy development and activation of the plan with all relevant stakeholders and agencies.
* Strong cross‑functional alignment with the internal Digital, Commercial Excellence, Shopper, Brand and Controlling teams.
* Build excellent working relationships with key customer and agency contacts.
* Investigate new channel and new customer development opportunities to expand branded presence in eComm pure players.
What Makes You a Good Fit
* Experience of working with Amazon, Amazon Vendor Central and eCommerce marketplaces.
* Understanding of the online customer journey and digital shelf reporting.
* Prior experience working with eCommerce supporting agencies.
* Must bring an entrepreneurial spirit with motivation and drive to be a self‑starter.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills, should have the ability to work across functions within the business to gain support for the pureplay accounts.
* Strong prioritisation and multi‑tasking skills.
