Final Interview – A one-on-one conversation to go deeper and a real life view of the business you could be embarking on your Grad scheme journey with! Friday 19 th December: If you are shortlisted and asked to generate a Video Submission, this email will come to you directly on or before this date. Friday 2 nd January 2026: You will have until this date to submit your video to us Friday 16 th January 2026: Your video will then be reviewed by our Talent Team and if successful, you will then be contacted to attend our Assessment Centre, of which, further details will be confirmed to you at that time !
