You’ll be supporting children whose care plan is long-term through to independence, offering the stability, empathy, and commitment our young people need to thrive. ❤️

💼 Key Responsibilities
* Build meaningful, trusting relationships with children and young people in long-term care.
* Regularly visit children in their homes to ensure their safety and wellbeing.
* Work collaboratively with Social Workers, Team Managers, IROs, the Virtual School, LAC Health, and Family Support Workers.
* Prepare clear, high-quality reports to support care planning and decision-making.
* Keep the focus on achieving permanence, independence, and positive outcomes for every child.
* Participate in regular supervision and professional development opportunities.
* Ensure all work meets statutory and organisational standards.
