This is a part‑time (22.5 hours per week) Administrator role providing full secretarial and administrative support to a multi‑disciplinary team in the South Kent Coast Mental Health Administration Team, based at Coleman House, Brookfield Avenue, Dover. The first two months of post‑training will take place at Ash Eton at Radnor Park West, Folkestone, Kent.
Responsibilities
* Data entry, e.g., inputting new referrals and updating RiO records.
* Checking relevant systems such as RiO for clinic appointment lists.
* Liaising with other internal departments.
* Preparation and typing of documents and correspondence from digital dictation or notes.
* Printing information in spreadsheet or report format as required.
* Processing confidential information.
* Managing consultant diaries.
* Booking appointments.
* Minute taking.
* Arranging meetings and events.
* Ordering of stationery and other supplies.
* Supervision of Administration Assistants.
Qualifications
* GCSE A–C in Maths and English or equivalent.
* Past customer‑service experience or an excellent understanding of what makes a great service experience.
* Proficient with MS Office: Outlook, Excel, and Word.
* Previous audio‑typing experience desirable.
* Confident, professional, organised, and with a keen eye for detail.
* Ability to keep calm and professional at all times, prioritising the needs of service users.
