What You’ll Be Doing (The Role) Preparing accurate cost estimates for soft and hard landscaping projects across commercial, education, and public sectors Reviewing drawings, specifications, and tender documents to assess scope and requirements Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing Attending pre-tender and client meetings as required Working closely with project managers and directors to ensure seamless handover from tender to delivery Supporting bid submissions and helping to improve estimating processes About You Proven experience as an Estimator within landscaping, horticulture, or related sectors Strong knowledge of soft landscaping materials, planting schedules, and industry standards Confident reading technical drawings and preparing take-offs Excellent numerical, organisational, and communication skills Familiar with estimating software and MS Office (e.g., Excel, Outlook) Ideal for professionals with backgrounds such as Landscaping Estimator, Grounds Maintenance Estimator, or Landscape Surveyor What’s In It For You?
