Salary: £35,000 - 40,000 per year Requirements: Genuine enthusiasm for AI tools and a habit of using them yourself in day-to-day work Strong communication skills, able to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical people Comfortable working across different teams and adapting style to different audiences Experience using Microsoft Copilot, Claude, or similar AI assistants in a professional context Self-starter mentality, comfortable working autonomously without needing direction Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously Familiarity with HubSpot and its AI features (desirable) Experience in a training, enablement, change management, or L&D role (desirable) Background in a SaaS or technology business (desirable) Experience writing prompts, building prompt templates, or developing AI usage guidelines (desirable) Understanding of data privacy and responsible AI considerations in a business context (desirable) Responsibilities: Coach and enable teams by demonstrating practical, role-specific uses of AI tools Drive adoption through engaging training sessions, drop-ins, and one-to-ones Build practical resources like guides, prompt libraries, and quick-reference materials Identify opportunities where AI could meaningfully improve team workflows Track and report progress on adoption across teams to share insights with the COO Stay current with developments in tools like Claude, Copilot, and HubSpot AI Champion responsible use of AI, helping colleagues understand when and why to use it Technologies: AI Copilot HubSpot Support More: We are Europes leading provider of Service Management Software Solutions, with offices across Europe.
