Overview
Brand Specialist (Supervisor) - Click & Collect 37.5 hours (Exchange) at Selfridges. You will deliver exceptional service, share product knowledge, and support sales through brand storytelling and training.
Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional service to customers by sharing product knowledge, creating a memorable experience, and effectively managing complaints when they arise
* Excite and motivate colleagues by sharing brand knowledge, stories of newness and exclusives to help drive sales, and cascade information via training
* Take responsibility for tasks beyond the role; spot opportunities to improve business, customer service and retail standards
* Follow health and safety and security procedures; actively prevent stock loss
* Adapt to daily challenges; be flexible across departments while maintaining service excellence and collaboration
* Build and develop your own client base, nurturing relationships with personal service
