Major Duties & Responsibilities Deliver excellent customer service and demonstrate a high degree of professionalism Achieve high levels of sales performance and results Ensure all operating policies and procedures are followed at the highest level to include merchandising and store presentation, timely and accurate implementation of approved marketing initiatives Play a key part in asset protection training and reporting Ensure accurate operation of the POS system and account for all transactions (cash, credit, returns) Address associate concerns in a reasonable and fair manner consistent with the Company values This is not an exhaustive list of duties and you may be requested to perform any other duties deemed reasonable by your line manager
