This is a hands-on digital role with a broad remit acrosswebsite management, UX, CRM, performance marketing and social media, supporting a portfolio of consumer and b2b brands.
The Role
You will:
Manage and optimise websites
Lead content updates and social media strategy
Use CRM tools to grow traffic, improve audience insight and support personalised email journeys
Contribute written content for email and social (with editorial oversight)
Manage the relationship with an external performance marketing agency (paid social & paid search)
Track performance using built-in analytics and GA4
About You
Experience in a broad digital marketing role
Experience managing websites and updating content
CRM and email marketing exposure
Comfortable working with data and turning insights into action
