Youll be in the detail - shaping strategy, fixing whats broken, and raising the bar across a portfolio of ambitious clients. This is for someone who understands how growth actually works today - across channels, creative, data and AI - and can prove it. What youll own End-to-end growth strategy across multiple client accounts Paid, SEO, lifecycle, influencer programmatic working as one system Mobile UA strategy (MMPs, post-IDFA, SKAN, creative testing) Conversion tracking at a technical level (GTM, GA4, server-side) Experimentation, attribution and reporting frameworks AI adoption across creative, media and scaling output Team leadership - setting standards, developing talent, raising performance What you bring 7-12 years in growth / performance marketing Strong agency or multi-account experience Deep technical capability (tracking, data, SQL, analytics) Real understanding of creative culture, not just channels Experience scaling mobile growth in a post-IDFA world Already using AI in a meaningful way Hands-on operator who still enjoys being in the work Why this role High ownership, high expectations Direct access to founders and senior leadership Work with ambitious brands that want to scale fast Real influence on how a modern growth agency is built If youre still hands-on, commercially sharp, and know how to scale - this is worth a conversation.
