This role offers an excellent opportunity for an individual with a strong background in pastoral care, pupil wellbeing, or behavioural support to contribute to a supportive and inclusive school environment. Role Overview The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting pupils with a range of social, emotional and behavioural needs. Working under the direction of senior staff, you will provide targeted interventions, assist with the development of personalised support plans, and help ensure that pupils feel safe, valued and ready to engage positively in their learning.
