What the Job Involves The role involves working in partnership with children, families, and multi-agency networks to address social, emotional, and environmental needs, primarily focusing on safeguarding and promoting the well-being of vulnerable children in Worcestershire. Duties include undertaking complex assessments, making safeguarding decisions, developing care plans, and attending multi-agency meetings and court proceedings. You will also contribute to service development initiatives and participate in audits and training sessions.
