We are seeking a Cover Teacher / Supervisor to join our partner secondary schools in Leyland. In this role, your primary focus is Classroom Management. You aren't required to plan lessons; instead, you take charge of the room when a teacher is absent, delivering pre-set work and ensuring a safe, productive learning environment. This is a Temp to Perm position offering you a stable trial period to ensure the school is the right fit before transitioning to a permanent contract. Key Responsibilities Classroom Leadership: Lead groups of students (KS3/KS4), ensuring they stay on task and follow the school's high expectations.
