Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support ZRG across EMEA and APAC. This role is ideal for someone with a solid foundation in HR who’s ready to step into a more strategic and partnering role, while still handling hands-on HR support.
As the HRBP, you’ll work closely with the VP of HR, business leaders, employees and consultants to help ensure smooth HR operations, strong team engagement, and compliance across different regions.
Key Responsibilities
HR Partnership
* Build relationships with team leaders and consultants to understand their needs and offer day-to-day HR support.
* Assist with HR queries and help guide managers on policies, basic employee relations, and processes.
Employee Relations & Performance Management
* Provide guidance on complex employee relations issues, ensuring fair outcomes and risk mitigation.
* Coach managers on effective performance management, feedback, and development planning.
International HR Compliance & Operations
* Advise on employment law, HR policies, and best practices across key markets (EMEA, APAC).
* Collaborate with internal leadership and outside counsel to ensure adherence to local labour laws and regulatory requirements.
Talent & Culture Enablement
* Champion ZRG’s culture and values, Partnership, People, Performance, across all levels of the business.
* Support onboarding and offboarding, engagement, and retention strategies for embedded and interim professionals.
* Assist with planning internal events, recognition programmes, and wellbeing initiatives.
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
* Act as a bridge between operational, HR, and client-facing teams, promoting consistency and transparency.
* Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the HR service delivery model across regions.
Requirements
* 7+ years of proven experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally within a global or matrixed organization.
* Experience supporting international employee populations and navigating multi-country employment laws.
* Background in the professional services, staffing, talent advisory, or recruitment sector is highly desirable.
* Strong commercial and client service orientation.
* Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive solutions in a fast-paced environment.
* CIPD qualified or equivalent professional HR certification preferred.
* Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Education Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in a related field (UK Level 6) is required; Master’s degree in a related discipline (UK Level 7) is preferred.
