Programme Administrator - School of Nursing and Midwifery
The School of Nursing and Midwifery (SNAM) within the Faculty of Health is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Programme Administrator to provide cross-site administrative support across Plymouth, Exeter, and Truro. The role is based at InFocus, near Exeter, with potential travel to other sites.
Role Summary: Under the guidance of the Senior Programme Co-ordinators, you will support the delivery of efficient and customer-focused programme and placement administration. Responsibilities include:
1. Responding to queries from students, academic staff, and stakeholders.
2. Maintaining student records through data entry, monitoring, analysis, and reporting using various IT packages.
3. Attending and taking minutes at meetings such as Committee meetings, Subject Assessment Panels, and Award Assessment Boards.
4. Supporting tasks like student attendance monitoring, updating assessments, and assisting the Programme Co-ordinators and team.

* Flexible with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Excellent organizational skills.
* Problem-solving skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
* Good communication skills.
* Experience in a student-related environment is desirable.

This is a full-time, fixed-term role for 2 years, working 37 hours per week. The role requires on-site presence three days a week, with some flexibility for remote work. An Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service Check, along with Children's and Adults Barred List checks, are required.
