The ideal candidate will be organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple administrative, HR, financial, and communication tasks seamlessly. Key Responsibilities Prepare quotes & Invoices Manage HR functions, recruitment, induction, performance & staff development Oversee day‑to‑day office operations, systems, and workflows Supervise administration staff Schedule and coordinate vehicle maintenance and servicing Arrange team meetings and coordinate office events Marketing tasks, advertising and assisting with the company website Develop, implement, and maintain office policies and procedures Communicate with internal teams, clients, and external partners Organise documents & filing systems and company documents Experience & Skills Proven experience in an office management or administrative role ideally within Construction/Building Excellent organisational skills with ability to multitask and prioritise tasks Proficient in accounting software (e.g. Xero, Sage, QuickBooks) HR experience/ Knowledge would be an advantage Good Communication skills Experience supervising staff or managing small teams Proactive, detail‑oriented, and solution‑driven Company pension scheme & Holiday package Free on-site parking Working within a supportive environment A forward-thinking company If you are ready to take on a crucial role in a supportive, growing organisation, we would love to hear from you.
