Lead our client’s Guidewire center to shape claims systems for 1M+ policyholders. Manage a small dev team to design and support Guidewire ClaimCenter/ContactManager customizations that improve customer outcomes.

Compensation
$95,700/year + up to 10% bonus (DOE).
What You’ll Be Doing
* Lead the ClaimCenter/ContactManager configuration/dev team.
* Design, build, release, and support Guidewire integrations.
* Document requirements, test, and create release branches.
* Monitor production, troubleshoot, and participate in on-call rotations.
* Review code, estimate work, and coordinate across centers.
What You’ll Need to be Considered
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Systems.
* 5+ years of Guidewire development experience.
* Deep Guidewire expertise; GW cert preferred.
* GOSU, Java, XML, SQL Server and modern VCS proficiency.
* Insurance domain experience and quick comprehension of customizations.
