* Delivery: Utilize retail and beauty expertise to meet sales and performance goals. Manage stock effectively, use data for decision-making, and stay informed about market trends and competitors.
* Teamwork and People Management: Lead, motivate, and develop the team. Communicate effectively, attract talent, and ensure high standards of customer service and team performance.
