There is now a great opportunity to join a well-established manufacturer based in Kidderminster and they are seeking a Mechanical Machine Technician to join their team. As a Mechanical Machine Technician your role with focus on the maintenance, fault finding and setting of tufting machines.
Mechanical Machine Technician Responsibilities;
- Setting up tufting and other production machinery
- Fault find and relay the issues effectively to the Maintenance Team
- Assisting PPM of machinery
- Providing technical support to the wider production team
- Assisting with continuous improvement activities
Mechanical Machine Technician Requirements;
* A good understanding of pneumatic or hydraulic machinery would be beneficial
* Previous experience working in either a Maintenance Technician, Machine Technician or Machine Operative position would be beneficial
* Previous experience in either setting, PPM or operating machinery is essential
* Proficient using Microsoft software packages
* Must be a team player
