What youll be doing Youll support and deliver Group Risk and Healthcare employee benefits solutions across a wide range of products. That includes working with clients and providers through market reviews, renewals and ongoing service; while helping clients stay confident they have the right cover in place. Your day to day will include: Managing market reviews, from gathering data and approaching insurers through to presenting recommendations Handling scheme renewals and producing clear client-facing reports Acting as a key contact for client and member queries Liaising with providers to secure competitive, up-to-date solutions Supporting scheme administration, including invoicing and record updates across Pensions, PMI, GLA, GIP, Cash Plans and Dental What youll need Experience within a Group Risk & Healthcare product provider or consultancy GR1 full or part qualified would be beneficial Strong understanding of Employee Benefits solutions Confident client management and communication skills About the business Youll be joining an employee benefits team that sits within a national wealth management business with a growing presence across the UK.
