Demand Generation Manager

Remote/Hybrid

Today Tracsis is a leading provider of software, hardware, data analytics/GIS and services for the rail, traffic data and wider transport industries. The Group has c.550 permanent employees serving its growing customer base from offices in the UK, Ireland and the US.


The Role

We’re looking for a Demand Generation Manager who is passionate about building meaningful connections and creating campaigns that inspire action. In this role, you’ll design and deliver strategies that nurture relationships, generate qualified leads, and support sustainable growth.

You’ll work closely with sales, account management, and content teams, ensuring every campaign feels aligned, collaborative, and customer-focused. If you love blending creativity with data-driven insights, this is the perfect opportunity to make an impact.


What you will do

* Shape Strategy:

Develop demand generation plans that align with business goals and empower our sales teams.

Define success metrics that reflect both performance and customer engagement.

* Lead Campaigns:

Design and deliver integrated campaigns across email, paid media, social, events, and content syndication.

Partner with internal teams to ensure campaigns feel connected and customer-centric.

* Nurture & Automate:

Use marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) to build thoughtful journeys that engage prospects.

Maintain accurate data flow between marketing and CRM systems for seamless reporting.

* Create Impactful Content:

Collaborate with content creators to develop resources that educate and inspire—blogs, webinars, whitepapers.

Adapt messaging for different audiences and stages of the buying journey.

* Measure & Learn:

Monitor campaign performance and share insights that help us continuously improve.

Report on lead generation, pipeline contribution, and conversion trends.


What you'll bring:

* Strong knowledge of marketing automation and CRM systems.
* Expertise in digital channels (SEO, PPC, social, email).
* Analytical mindset with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
* Excellent communication and project management skills.


Desirable:

* Background in SaaS, technology, or professional services.
* Familiarity with ABM strategies and lead scoring.
* HubSpot experience is a plus.
