About the Role:
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for:
* Building and nurturing customer relationships, delivering exceptional customer service at every stage of the sales journey
* Promoting and selling a range of new and used Mazda vehicles and associated products
* Guiding customers through their purchasing journey, providing knowledge and advice about vehicle features, specifications, and finance options
* Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Mazda's product offerings and the wider automotive market
* Meeting and exceeding personal and team sales targets, making a strong contribution to the dealership's performance
About You:
* Previous sales experience in a target-driven environment, ideally within the automotive industry, but this is not essential
* A strong team player with exceptional communication and negotiation skills
* Passionate about cars and keen to develop product knowledge
* A self-starter with the drive to succeed and the ability to work under pressure
* A commitment to delivering high standards of customer service
* A full UK driving licence
