What you’ll be doing
Working within the Digital team, you’ll be involved in a mix of data research, marketing operations, and CRM-focused work, including:
Marketing & Sales Operations
1. Research and build high-quality data on companies and contacts to support business priorities
2. Use online tools to gather and enrich information
3. Support data quality checks, reporting, and continuous improvement
4. Work with marketing and sales teams to support campaigns and pipeline tracking
CRM & Data
5. Support the day-to-day running and development of our CRM system (Dynamics 365)
6. Maintain accurate and well-structured data
7. Assist with system improvements, workflows, and automation
8. Provide first-line support to users
AI & Innovation
9. Get exposure to emerging AI tools and technologies
10. Support initiatives to improve efficiency and lead generation through data and automation

What we’re looking for

20. Business A-level (or similar) is helpful but not essential
