Role Purpose
We are recruiting Ride On Mower Drivers to operate Toro LT3000 ride-on mowers, maintaining grassed areas to a high standard while supporting wider grounds maintenance activities across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities
* Operating Toro LT3000 ride-on mowers safely and efficiently
* Maintaining grassed areas in line with set schedules and standards
* Carrying out daily pre-start checks and reporting any defects
* Keeping machinery clean and assisting with basic maintenance
* Following mowing routes and completing tasks within agreed timeframes
* Working safely around members of the public and colleagues
* Supporting general grounds maintenance tasks including:
o Strimming
o Hedge cutting
o Litter picking
* Complying with all health & safety requirements and wearing correct PPE at all times
Essential Skills & Experience
1. Previous experience operating ride-on mowers (Toro LT3000 or similar)
2. Good knowledge of safe machinery operation
3. Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
