The Role Scope
This role will lead various projects, initially focusing on MandM’s digital transformation, utilizing a hybrid of Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with both in-house and third-party software development teams.
* Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
* Develop detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and manage resources
* Lead cross-functional teams to execute projects aligned with objectives
* Coordinate with Delivery Managers to ensure efficient Scrum team delivery
* Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
* Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
* Prepare and present progress reports and updates to stakeholders
* Manage relationships with key stakeholders for satisfaction
* Coordinate with external vendors or contractors as needed
* Conduct post-project evaluations and recommend improvements
* Support the adoption of best practices, tools, and methodologies
About You
* Project management certifications, ideally in Waterfall and Agile
* 5+ years of project management experience, including digital transformation projects
* Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects
* Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
* Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, JIRA, Google Workspace)
* Experience working with third-party suppliers and in-house software teams
