Key Role Accountabilities Application Catalogue - Maintains the catalogue and ongoing assessment of applications e.g. TIME and Tier. Architecture Tool- Ongoing development of views and core use adoption. Ensures meta data is updated. Document repositories - develop the process for the creation, capture, storage and use of knowledge and identify the technology needed to allow all this to happen. Ensure process adherence and governs technical specifications and reports on exceptions. Identifying key areas of enhancement and improvement in information architecture designs. Success Measures Operational Responsibilities Content remains accurate and up to date through project and BAU change activity. Catches 'Shadow IT' and improves process adoption. Stakeholders Information adds value to Halfords, supporting technology decision making process. Influence architecture KPIs e.g. page ratings. Be a recognised authority on information architecture by Technology colleagues and those in the wider organisation. Leadership and People Management (or Teamwork) Recognised by team members and stakeholders for consistent and good quality outcomes. Knowledge and Skills A good understanding of IT and the role it plays in a commercial enterprise. Experience in a technology delivery environment. Experience of Enterprise Architecture tools, meta models and data models. Proficiency in collaboration tools such as Jira, Service Now, Confluence and SharePoint. Excellent grammatical and design skills as well as a flair for creating quality information flows and templates.
