Secret Bay is seeking a Security Host to ensure the safety and security of our luxury retreat with vigilance and professionalism. You’ll patrol, monitor, and respond to situations calmly, balancing firmness with guest-focused diplomacy. This position is ideal for someone with strong observational skills and a natural ability to foster reassurance while protecting our exclusive environment.
Responsibility
* Monitor property entrances and exits
* Conduct regular patrols across the resort grounds
* Log and report incidents or suspicious behavior
* Assist with emergency evacuations and safety procedures
* Greet guests and provide security presence without disruption
* Enforce property rules and regulations
* Support the night audit team with secure handovers
* Coordinate with local law enforcement if required
* Operate security systems and surveillance tools
Experience and Qualifications
* Prior experience in a security or safety-related role
* Strong observational and situational awareness skills
* Ability to remain calm under pressure
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Basic knowledge of emergency response protocols
* Physically fit and able to stand or walk for extended periods
* Discreet and professional demeanor
* Flexible schedule availability, including nights and weekends
* Certificate in security or law enforcement training is an asset
