You ll be joining a collaborative finance team at the heart of their EMEA operations, supporting a business that s dynamic, ambitious, and constantly evolving.
The Role
As Accounts Payable & Expenses Manager (EMEA), you ll oversee all aspects of AP and employee expenses across multiple regions. Managing a high-performing team of 12, you ll ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance across supplier payments, purchase orders, and expense systems. You ll play a key role in driving process improvements, supporting month-end reporting, and building strong cross-functional relationships across the wider business.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and develop an AP & Expenses team of 12 (including 2 direct reports)
* Oversee end-to-end PO and Non-PO invoice processing, ensuring accuracy and timely completion
* Manage employee expenses through Concur, ensuring adherence to policy and on-time reimbursement
* Approve purchase orders and oversee the full PO/GRN process
* Lead supplier and employee payment runs and support cashflow forecasting
* Partner with key stakeholders across departments to resolve queries and drive best practice
* Lead process improvement projects focused on automation, reporting, and efficiency gains
* Support month-end close and reporting for the EMEA region
About You
* 5+ years experience managing Accounts Payable in a multinational environment
* Proven leadership of an AP team in a fast-paced, high-volume business
* Strong working knowledge of SAP (or similar ERP system)
* Hands-on, solutions-focused approach with a commitment to accuracy and delivery
* Confident communicator able to build strong relationships across finance and operations
* Experience managing multi-currency transactions across international entities
* Motivated, energetic, and adaptable, comfortable in a culture that values pace, ownership, and continuous improvement
