 
        
        Business Support Co‑ordinator
NHS Scotland is seeking an experienced Business Support Coordinator for a 12‑month temporary role within the National Risk and Resilience Department of the Scottish Ambulance Service. The post holder will provide comprehensive business and administrative support to the NRRD Senior Leadership Team in a professional, effective and efficient manner.
The post holder will demonstrate a high level of initiative, setting up systems, organising and prioritising competing and conflicting demands. Applicants must be self‑motivated and able to work in a challenging and busy environment.
Qualifications:
 * HNC in business studies or equivalent.
 * Considerable experience in a business support role.
 * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
 * Excellent time‑management and organisational skills.
 * Well‑developed communication skills with the ability to deal sensitively with people.
Additional requirements:
 * Security vetting (for dealing with sensitive information).
 * Relevant permission to work in the UK (evidence of visa, settled or pre‑settled status, etc.).
