I'm recruiting on behalf of a food manufacturing business that's looking to hire an experienced Engineering Supervisor to lead engineering activity during shift and keep the plant running efficiently. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on Engineering Supervisor who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Engineering Supervisor – Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage a team of Engineers during your shift
* Oversee all planned and reactive maintenance activity
* Ensure minimal downtime and support production targets
* Drive a proactive maintenance culture as an Engineering Supervisor
* Support continuous improvement and engineering projects
* Maintain site compliance with health & safety and food safety standards
* Act as the senior engineering contact on shift, escalating issues when needed
Engineering Supervisor – Requirements:
1. Proven experience in a similar Engineering Supervisor or Team Leader role
2. Background in food manufacturing, FMCG, or another regulated industry
3. Strong mechanical and/or electrical engineering knowledge
