Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment logistics: posting ads, scheduling interviews, and candidate communication. Coordinate and continuously improve the onboarding process to ensure a welcoming and smooth start for new hires. Maintain accurate employee records and support day-to-day People Team administration.
