About the Venue
Co-op Live will offer a food and beverage hospitality service that will put us head and shoulders above the crowd, as we welcome over 23,500 fans and amazing artists to taste the delicious food and drinks unique to the space in Manchester.
With 32 bars and restaurants and 12 premium lounges and clubs – we’re delivering an exceptional hospitality service for Manchester and beyond. The menu will feature great food, seasoned with world-class service and a planet-friendly vibe in the heart of our vibrant community.
Role Purpose
We are seeking a talented Events Coordinator with a passion for Sales. You will work closely with the sales team (Premium & Events) to manage F&B requirements, communicate with Lead Chefs and Hospitality Managers, and ensure accurate information sharing and upselling strategies. Responsibilities include updating bookings, revenues, sales reports, and supporting sales strategies to meet targets.
Salary: up to £32,000 per year, depending on experience
Start Date: ASAP
Qualifications
* Proven experience in Event management, Sales Executive, or Sales/Admin roles within hospitality.
* Analytical, organized, with good negotiation skills.
* Ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
