As an Operations Manager based in Chesterfield youll be responsible for:
You will be responsible for ensuring all parts of the warehouse and yard are running smoothly, including goods in, picking and packing operations, dispatch and cable cutting
Conducting regular 1:1s and performance reviews with all supervisors on site as well as investing in the learning and development of your team
You will be involved in cable cutting to support the team
This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday (no weekend working!!!) A forklift license and IOSH qualification are desirable- you will be a lead in the onsite health and safety
