Chef – Contract Catering – Fareham – Monday to Friday – £15.31 per hour, 40 hours per week
Our client is a leading global provider of contract catering and facilities services across the UK. They are currently seeking an experienced Chef to join their team at a site near Fareham.

About the Role:
You’ll be working in a staff restaurant alongside a Head Chef, preparing high-quality meals for employees. Please note: this is a high-security site, and employment is subject to a thorough security clearance process.
Candidates must be able to obtain a clear DBS and provide valid ID.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure food preparation and service meet high standards of quality and presentation
* Support the Head Chef in managing food stock and ordering within budget
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and menus
* Comply with all health & safety and food safety regulations
* Uphold portion control and consistency in food quality
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Chef in a similar environment
* NVQ or City & Guilds Chef qualifications
* Basic Food Hygiene Certificate
* Strong communication skills
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting
