Salary: Circa £35,916 to £40,402 per annum depending upon qualifications & experience (plus a 10% London weighting allowance if applicable) Location: Wembley Campus (UCFB operate a hybrid working model dependant on service delivery requirements) POST OBJECTIVES: The Student Administration Department is key to ensuring the maintenance and smooth running of course and student administrative processes that underpin the successful delivery of academic programmes to the Institutions student community. The post holder will employ their knowledge and expertise to manage the day to day delivery of this core service ensuring the highest delivery standards are maintained at all times. KEY TASKS: Areas of management and leadership responsibility and accountability include but are not limited to those outlined below: Work in collaboration with the Student Administration Managers based at other campuses to deputise as appropriate for the Head of Department Work with the Head of Department and the other Student Administration Managers. Represent the Department / Registry or Institution at appropriate internal and external stakeholder meetings and industry/sector forums Line Management of Course & Student Data Administration team including: Manage the day to day delivery of Course and Student Data Administration services.
