Sales and Operations Administrator\n\nLocation: Milton Keynes\n\nJob Description:\n\nOur client is seeking Sales and Operations Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. The Sales and Operations Administrator will have excellent attention to detail, strong experience in managing data and liaising with internal teams and clients.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\n * Processing new client proposals and gathering the right information.\n\n * Submitting applications through lender portals and tracking their progress.\n\n * Maintaining the CRM (Pipedrive) to ensure every lead, deal, and update is logged correctly.\n\n * Making sure all paid-out cases remain compliant and all required documents are in place.\n\n * Being first to respond to the shared sales inbox, forwarding enquiries to the right account manager.\n\n * Liaising with lenders and internal team members to keep deals moving efficiently.\n\n * Assisting with basic reporting and keeping the management team up to date on deal progress.\n\nSkills:\n\n * Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.\n\n * A confident communicator written and verbal.\n\n * Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deal-driven environment.\n\n * CRM experience (Pipedrive, HubSpot, or similar) is a plus.\n\n * Background inadmin support.\n\n *...
