What You'll Be Doing:
* Designing solar PV systems (inc. battery storage and EV) using tools like PV*SOL and AutoCAD.
* Carrying out desktop and on-site surveys to inform accurate, efficient system designs.
* Liaising with sales, operations and installation teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
* Producing layout drawings, schematics, and compliance documentation (MCS, DNO/G98/G99).
* Staying up to date on technical standards and renewable tech innovations.
What We're Looking For:
* Solid experience in designing solar PV systems (domestic and/or commercial).
* Confident with relevant design software (e.g. PV*SOL, SketchUp, AutoCAD).
* Working knowledge of UK grid connection processes and MCS standards.
* Excellent attention to detail and pride in delivering well-thought-out designs.
* Electrical background or on-site experience is beneficial but not essential.
* A full UK driving licence is required for site travel.
