Wellbeing Coordinator
Location: Long Stratton, Norwich, Norfolk
Salary: £28,325 per annum
We have an exciting opportunity for a Wellbeing Coordinator toprovide intensive housing management and wellbeing services to tenants living in Saffron communities. To work as part of a collaborative and professional team of wellbeing coordinators delivering high quality customer services.?
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Carry out the sign-up process and post-allocation activities to enable tenants to be settled within their new home, providing advice and assistance where necessary and to undertake the required follow up tenancy visits.
* Undertake, monitor, and maintain fire safety checks and health and safety inspections, ensuring compliance with Saffrons Health and Safety Policy and Procedures.
* Encourage and empower tenants to maintain independence and maximise customer involvement and ensure tenants know how to use any equipment that is provided.
* Carry out regular inspections of the building to identify and resolve repair, maintenance, and security issues.
