We're working alongside a number of secondary schools across Andover and the surrounding areas, looking for motivated Sports Graduates to join them as Cover Supervisors. No previous classroom experience is needed. This role is less about teaching qualifications and more about your ability to communicate, stay composed, and lead a room with confidence. We'll help with the rest through training, guidance, and school experience before you begin. As a Cover Supervisor, you'll step into lessons when teachers are unavailable and help maintain a positive learning environment. You'll be responsible for: - Supervising lessons using pre-set work - Keeping students focused and engaged - Managing classroom behaviour professionally - Supporting the school's routines and expectations - Reporting back to teaching staff after lessons Every day is different, making this a great fit for people who enjoy fast-paced, interactive environments.
