Who We’re Looking For: ✔ Passionate about cars and customer service ✔ 1 years experience as an automotive service advisor or related role ✔ Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, DMS system experience (e.g. PBS, CDK, Keyloop Serti or any similar DMS) ✔ Strong communication, Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills ✔ Motivated to grow in a fast-paced environment Schedule: Full-Time; Tuesday to Friday; 8:30am-5:00pm, Saturday; 8:00am -4:00pm Compensation : $75,000-$100,000/ annual What your day will look like: · Customer Service: Provide top-notch service by listening to customer concerns and understanding their needs · Inspections and Quotes: Perform thorough multi-point inspections and compile accurate quotes using MPI Software · Warranty and Contracts: Verify warranty coverage and explain coverage and exclusions to customers. · Communication and Follow-Up: Maintain effective communication with Service Technicians and keep customers updated on their vehicle's status. · Maintenance Recommendations: Use your expertise to recommend necessary repairs and maintenance based on customer descriptions and service history. and take the next step in your career!
