Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and driven person to oversee the operations of our buisness and get involved in the day to day work. The ideal candidate will have a love for motor vehicles and will need a car and motorcycle licence. Some experience of detailing, paint correction and ceramic coatings would be beneficial but full training will be provided. This role requires a proactive self driven person who can manage thier own diary, be punctual and has good interpersonal and communication skills and is at home dealing with customers, suppliers and dealerships and clients etc whilst maintaining our reputation for quality. The candidate will be responsible for driving business performance, growing sales and the customer base, bookings and managing their own diary and bookings and must be able to use emails and have a mobile telephone. They will need to be able to drive a van and carry out mobile coatings at customers houses and at dealerships and at base in Bromley. They will also need to work well as part of a team and have experience in team wokring and time and job management.
Duties
* Oversee daily emails, bookings and enquiries.
* Manage and supervise own bookings diary and that of the other staff, providing guidance and support.
* Ensure compliance with GDPR regulations and maintain high standards.
* Ensure that all work is beng carried out to the required high standards and maintain quality control throughout the process.
* Ensure customer service is maintained at the highest level.
* Monitor inventory levels, and request the ordering of supplies as necessary to maintain operational efficiency.
* Collaborate with the management team to develop strategies for improving customer experience and increasing revenue.
* Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.
* Keep the van in a tidy state and fully stocked ready for jobs.
* Packaging and sending out of all orders.
* Posting on social media to raise awareness of the company, advertise and educate others and to showcase the work we do.
Skills
* Detailing, paint correction and ceramic coating application experience is preferred but full training will be provided.
* Passionate love of motorbikes and cars.
* Mechanical skills and confident use of tools is preferred.
* Excellent interprsonal skills with the ability to speak to anyone anywhere .
* Exceptional organisational skills with attention to detail in supervising daily operations.
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with staff and customers alike.
* A passion for delivering high-quality service in the vehicle detailing sector.
