The below job description will outline this position of: Lead Service Coordinator Typically, this person will be responsible for coordinating engineers and service activities across the business, managing diaries and workloads, liaising with customers and internal departments, and supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the service function. This role would suit an experienced Service Coordinator looking to step up into a more senior position within the fire and security industry or a similar engineering service environment. HSB Technical's client is an established and growing fire and security business with a strong reputation for customer service and employee retention. They are looking for an organised and proactive individual to work closely with the Office Manager, engineering teams, sales department, and senior management.
