Design Manager - Water | Midlands & South West
Location: Midlands or South West (Hybrid Working)
Salary: up to £75,000, dependent on experience
Responsibilities
* Lead technical teams across feasibility, detailed design, and build phases
* Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure efficient, high-quality delivery
* Shape sustainable water solutions for major UK clients
* Drive innovation and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams
* Influence how water is obtained, treated, and distributed to communities
Qualifications
* Experience leading multidisciplinary design teams
* Strong knowledge of design and construction in the water sector
* A degree in a relevant engineering discipline
* Membership in a professional institution (e.g., ICE) — desirable but not essential
* A collaborative mindset and drive to innovate and deliver
