I am looking for a newly qualified or experienced Year 3 Teacher to work at a school in Harrow.

Responsibilities of this Year 3 Teacher role:
1. Plan and deliver engaging lessons that align with the national curriculum and meet the learning needs of pupils aged 7-11.
2. Assess and monitor student progress through marking, feedback, and formal assessments, adjusting teaching strategies accordingly.
3. Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages positive behaviour, participation, and respect.
4. Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, colleagues, and parents to support pupils' academic and personal development.
5. Maintain accurate records and contribute to school reporting and meetings, including writing termly reports and attending parent consultations.
