Job Description
* Manage end-to-end payroll processes for the company.
* Coordinate with HR for any changes in pay, benefits, or taxes.
* Ensure accurate and timely payroll submissions.
* Compliance with statutory requirements and company policies.
* Prepare payroll reports for management review.
* Respond to payroll-related queries from employees.
* Collaborate with the accounting team for reconciliation purposes.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Payroll Advisor should have:
* An educational background in Finance, Accounting or related field.
* Strong understanding of payroll systems and processes.
