Responsibilities
1. Maximise sales through excellent selling and service.
2. Support the Store Manager in recruiting, developing, and motivating the team using effective management skills and behaviors.
3. Display passion for the brand by being an ambassador and inspiring others within the team.
4. Maintain management controls including stock, security, admin, cost control, H&S, and shrinkage.
5. Introduce new promotions, loyalty schemes, and bra fit enthusiastically to colleagues and customers.
6. Provide effective and timely feedback to colleagues on achievements and ensure they are aware of upcoming goals and targets.
7. Demonstrate and uphold high levels of customer service by coaching colleagues to deliver the Boux Avenue shopping experience consistently.
8. Support the Store Manager in driving and achieving Balanced Score Card objectives.
Candidate Requirements
1. Proven retail management experience at supervisor level or above.
2. Passion and enthusiasm for the Boux brand, with the ability to inspire others as a brand ambassador.
3. Experience in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
4. Ability to motivate and utilize team members' qualities effectively.
5. Strong scheduling skills and adaptability to overcome obstacles and adjust plans.
6. Ability to react quickly to change and implement it positively.
