HR Business Partner / Consultant
£40,000 – £50,000 DOE + Commission OTE £55,000-£65,000
Full Time – Permanent – Mon-Fri- Hybrid/Field based – Thurmaston, Leicestershire
Coulter Elite are recruiting for a HRBP/HR Consultant to join one of our HR Consultancy specialists based in LE4. The role is very varied as you will be assisting clients in all HR matters and needs. A CIPD qualification is preferred and also experience in a senior advising/BP role. The role involves travelling to visit clients and works on a hybrid working model.
Duties and responsibilities include:
· Effectively account manage assigned clients; to ensure compliance and determine their HR operational and strategic needs, delivering services in line with agreed SLA’s
· To provide ER and HR related advice to clients; ensuring the advice offers best practice and commercially practical solutions, whilst explaining the risks and liabilities with associated solutions
· To grow the client base in both value and profitability of delivery
· To undertake ad-hoc HR consultancy work on site or remotely as directed
· To design and deliver HR Training, seminars/webinars
· Participate in the out of hours telephone advice line service offered to clients; working on a rota basis
· To support the business development team by identifying opportunities for additional services.
. To provide HR strategy and training support to clients.
. To be a crucial part of the expansion of the client base by assessing what services can be offered.
Qualifications and Experience Required:
· Operational Generalist HR experience dealing with complex ER and HR cases
· Experience of drafting and advising on HR processes, policies, and procedures and up to date knowledge of Employment law and case law
· Experience of working to deadlines in a pressurised environment
· Ability to organise and prioritise own workload
· The ability to work effectively as part of a team, and on own initiative and autonomously
· Good IT skills. A working knowledge of Windows (Word, Outlook, and Excel)
· Full driving license and use of own vehicle as travel throughout the UK will be required
· CIPD qualified or working towards Level 5 or above
. To work in the field 2-3 days a week meeting with new and existing clients
