Head of Housing Works Location: South Coast (Hybrid) Rate: £600 - 650 Per day Contract: 6 Months Ongoing Spencer Clarke Group are supporting a large public sector organisation on the South Coast with the appointment of an interim Head of Housing Works to lead a high-profile operational service covering repairs, voids, compliance and investment works. This is a senior leadership role, responsible for driving safety, performance, productivity and customer outcomes, alongside strengthening operational grip, reporting, and continuous improvement across a busy housing repairs environment. Responsibilities include: Leading the in-house delivery arm (DLO) across repairs, maintenance, compliance and voids Owning operational performance, scheduling, quality assurance and productivity improvement Ensuring statutory and regulatory compliance (building safety, H&S, CDM, Decent Homes and related standards) Using data and operational insight to improve planning, cost control and service outcomes Managing stakeholders across housing leadership, corporate services, contractors and suppliers About you: Strong leadership background in social housing repairs / property services / housing maintenance Track record of leading operational delivery (ideally including a DLO) and improving performance Confident managing compliance, quality assurance, H&S and regulatory standards in housing Comfortable operating at senior level with stakeholders, governance and performance reporting How to Apply Send your CV or get in touch with Joe O'Halloran at Spencer Clarke Group on 01772 954200 or
