Roofing Contracts Manager

My client is a market leading Maintenance Contractor who operate across Hampshire in the residential and commercial sectors, priding themselves on their reputation for quality workmanship.
Due to their success, they are searching for an experienced Contracts Manager to join their roofing division. The ideal candidate will have experience liaising with clients, controlling projects, project administration, conducting site surveys, as well as working closely and supporting senior management.
Role:
1. Responsibility for day-to-day management of allocated portfolio of projects.
2. Responsibility for ensuring projects are completed on a timely basis within budget.
3. To liaise and maintain a good working relationship with Clients, Surveyors, other Project Managers and attend site meetings.
4. Carry out on site method statements and risk assessments.
5. Ensure all works are carried out under health and safety guidelines
6. Assist Senior Management in the overall planning and supervision of projects
