The client resides independently in a well-equipped, adapted home in theAylesbury HP19area. She is supported bytwo live-in carerswho work collaboratively to provide consistent care while ensuring each carer has ample rest and support.
This role is ideal for someone who doesn't mindtraveling, as the client visits her familyoverseas once a yearand will need the carer to accompany her. Additionally, the carer will be required to assist withdrivingthe client to local appointments, shopping, and outings.
